Guam Bureau of Statistics and Plans

The Guam Bureau of Statistics and Plans is a Government of Guam agency responsible for territorial planning, policy coordination and public statistical information. It advises the governor, coordinates economic, social, environmental and physical plans, and helps integrate programs across territorial agencies. Its divisions include business and economic statistics, socioeconomic planning, planning information, administration and the Guam Coastal Management Program. The bureau also supports intergovernmental review, geospatial and planning information, coastal-resource management and public access to data used in government and community decision-making.
