Guam Bureau of Statistics and Plans

The Guam Bureau of Statistics and Plans is a territorial government agency that coordinates planning and public statistical information for Guam. It advises the governor on the relationship among laws, plans, policies and programs and supports balanced economic, social, environmental and physical development. The bureau helps integrate plans across agencies and makes government information available for policy development and public use. Its work includes economic and socioeconomic data, planning information and the Guam Coastal Management Program. By combining research, intergovernmental coordination and coastal planning, it serves both government decision makers and communities across the island.
