Organization overview
The Government of Guam is the territorial government of Guam, an unincorporated territory of the United States in the western Pacific. The Guam Organic Act of 1950 established the territorial government and conferred United States citizenship on Guamanians. Its executive agencies, legislature, judiciary and public authorities administer island-wide public services, regulation and infrastructure. Through its official portal and agency network, the government provides residents and businesses with access to taxation, licensing, public health, social services, public safety, environmental, utility and records functions.
