Organization overview

Missouri Office of Administration logo

The Missouri Office of Administration is the central management agency for Missouri state government. It supports executive agencies through budgeting, accounting, procurement, information technology, facilities, personnel administration and other shared services. The office also helps prepare the governor’s budget and establishes statewide administrative policies and systems. Its work is primarily directed toward the operation of state government rather than the delivery of a single public program. By coordinating functions used across departments, the agency provides much of the administrative infrastructure behind Missouri’s public institutions.
