Astemo cloud compromise and inquiry-form disruption

Astemo suspended external inquiry forms after unauthorized access to its data-sharing cloud through a compromised contractor account. The company says the contact form resumed accepting submissions Oct. 22, 2026. The disruption included the shared channel linked by its Americas aftermarket website. Astemo confirmed theft of business-contact information relating to about 350 people; final data scope remains under investigation, and significant wider business disruption or internal-network ransomware infection has not been confirmed.
