Location overview
Richland School District is a school-district area in Benton County in southeastern Washington. It includes portions of Richland and West Richland in the Tri-Cities region. Its territory extends north from the urban area into the surrounding countryside. The modern district developed alongside Richland’s growth as a community for Hanford workers and their families during World War II.
