Yale New Haven Health

Yale New Haven Health is a nonprofit health system based in New Haven, Connecticut. Its hospital members are Yale New Haven, Bridgeport, Greenwich, Lawrence + Memorial and Westerly, with inpatient campuses and outpatient services across southern New England. The system also includes Northeast Medical Group, a physician foundation providing primary and specialty care. It offers hospital treatment, emergency care, diagnostic services and ambulatory care through its member organizations and clinical networks. The system is affiliated with Yale University and Yale School of Medicine, while Yale Medicine is the medical school’s distinct faculty clinical practice.
